I have a copy. Bought it for the Ron Embleton cover.

Excellent stuff Steve.
His obituary in The Times described him as "responsible for some of the finest full-colour adventure series in modern British comics ... a grandmaster of his art." (Credit to Wikipedia).

Just had delivery of three nice Dandy comics No 390, 405 & 406 from 1949 in fine - condition.

Slightly off topic but ....
Is it just me or did The Beano become crass and The Dandy stay a decent read???
I'm no expert whatsoever on these two publications but bought both as a youngster and as an old git in the last decade have had a few Dandy annuals and a few Beano comics....
The Beano isn't as I remember it and I find it rather off putting these days whereas The Dandy was still excellent.
Just an opinion.

This brings my total to 556 Buster comics between the years 1960-1981, not counting Summer Specials, annuals etc.

I started collecting Busters from scratch exactly 5 years ago this month. It's taken me a lot longer than I expected to find the 1960's issues but I enjoy finding something of that vintage in nice condition that fills another gap in my collection.

The above brings my Buster tally to 562 comics

Got myself three nice Dandy comics from the 1950s. I've got a Dandy No.706 & 708 from 1955 in FN & FN- condition. And a Dandy No.677 from 1954 also in FN- condition.
