This book shop has some very unrealistic ideas on the value of Commando comics! https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/King-of-the- ... SwAGlZvQtj

They have an unrealistic idea of the prices of comics full stop!
I started to say something sensible but my parents took over my brain!

I started this topic when I saw an incomplete set of 'Adventures of the galaxy rangers' offered for sale for £5,000. An incomplete set mind, only 8 of the 9 issues!

That was August 7th 2015.

I'm delighted to say I have finally acquired the last comic in the series and I now have all 9 issues - clearly worth about £10k I reckon - and they must have cost me all of about £30-£50 to collect, happy days

With the banned issue? Probably is a bargain. However, I don't think it is. Really nice collection though.

If the pulped issue was included, I would probably have bought the lot by now. I have everything that he has there as well as the two other lots of free gifts that he's missing. I don't have the pulped issue.....yet. The seller has a second set of pre-ban issues for sale as well. Lovely collection for someone with very deep pockets.

I've just looked again at your links and it looks like the seller has put the prices up from the ones Kashgar posted!

That is genuinely nuts to think you are going to get that price for it. Here's the link
