This sounds really worthwhile---2000 AD at it's most outlandish was and is such a great comic.

The earlier period up 'til they went into colour was the best era of the comic for me, and some of the early contributers done such sterling work---it's a shame that UK pay rates made a lot of them defect to the USA

Sadly Ezquerra couldn't make it to the London Super Comic Con today because Iberian Airlines couldn't get him to London. But Bolland, Wagner and Grant did a great panel, revealing that the ideal person to play Dredd if Karl Urban couldn't do it would be Bruce Forsyth, owing to the appropriate chin... and, if Dredd had to team up with a superhero in the future, it could be the Punisher. Also Judge Anderson will commit suicide or take the long walk sometime later this year... also a certain herbal remedy may have been used by a certain writer of Judge Dredd at some point in the past...
