Among the doubles my mate gave me on Saturday were some Buster & Giggles. Looking at Big Chief Pow Wow I noticed he inhabited a similar world to Desperate Dan. Set in the old American west but an Indian Chief eating a bag of chips? And a modern day TV in his Wigwam? You can see the flex and plug in the bottom left panel but where would it plug in? Does it matter? Mad. Lovely slapstick as well and where does Baxendale get the idea of a Pelican featuring in a story?
