Who drew Miss Eve L. Powers?

Post by TwoHeadedBoy »

I've been looking everywhere and I can't figure out who drew these nasty (yet funny) little strips in the Dandy, back in the late 1980s-early 1990s.

I Hate Miss Eve L. Powers was the full title. The same artist also did James, The World's Worst School Boy, and a few three-panel versions of "bigger" characters. Think said artist may also have done illustrations for the Dennis The Menace's Fan Club pages too (as in, illustrating reader's jokes).

No idea - and when I Googled James (I used "James, The World's Worst Schoolboy" dandy as the search term), my website came up top of the list! Shows how little coverage that character has on the Internet.

I don't suppose The Art and History of the Dandy contains the answer?

Jimmy Glen? Thanks very much!

And Digi, your efforts are appreciated (I only got your website too!) - I won't be looking at that Dandy book until Xmas Day; it's an unwritten law, you see.
