At least Leo is being properly mourned by members of this forum, most of whom are well aware of his great contribution to comic art. He will never be forgotten by any of us.

Yes, very true, Derek. I only met Leo once, in 1993, when Bryan Talbot put us up in his huge house in Preston after a 40th anniversary celebration of Leo's Beano creations.
