Would anybody know something about a football comic series titled as "Bandy" (or was it "Bowlegged" ?), concerning a farm worker (named Willi Brown) who is also a football player for a local football club ("Rangers") (Artwork by Bert Vandeput) Year of publishing ? Publisher ? (Comic title)

Two more:

"The Wizzard of Football" (by Francisco Solano Lopez Studio) - Year of publishing ? Publisher ? (Comic title)

"The Partners" (in "RotR" comic) by John Stokes. Years of publishing (1988 ?)

Any help about all this will be much appreciated.

I think you are referring to Wee Bandy, Nikos, a character in The Victor. I believe his first appearance there was in issue 101 in 1963.

Yes. Wee Bandy first appeared in the Victor in1963 in issues 101 to 116. He then featured again in issues 182 to 197 in 1964. The Wizard of Football appeared in Buster from 28th June 1969 to 22nd April 1972.

Wee Bandy also featured in the 1966 edition of the Victor Book.

The Partners ran in Roy of the Rovers from 22nd August 1987 to 16th April 1988.
