A few years ago, I saw a Birdman & Chicken from Krazy original art. I thought, nah, it'll be there another time. Needless to say I've never seen one since. :headbash:

It was hard to spend £35 But i've always loved to own a Reg parlett...its amazing to think that this is what he has drawn...I love looking up close to the picture...so taken the plunge...

If anyone sees Frank's Cheeky original art...I know Frank wants to buy it..he would love to own his work again...
though being a fan of his..it would be hard not to want to keep it for yourself..Frank has offered to draw something in exchange..

I'm looking out for Tom Paterson's Sweeny Toddler original art for Whizzer and chips..

This is exactly what happened to me in my very early collecting days some six years ago when I saw a page of Scream Inn by Brian Walker on eBay. I didn't bid on it then but got myself another piece later on.

Strange things are happening to my blog because it has stopped showing in Google search and people who have it in their Blog Lists see that the last update was a month ago, although I do a new post every three days. Any ideas what the problem might be??
The last post is about Leo Baxendale’s Sweeny Toddler in Shiver and Shake. I have also included the very first episode by Tom Paterson. Check it out here: http://kazoop.blogspot.com/

Thanks for the heads up..

reading it I like the fact you've pinpointed the last Sweeny Toddler by Leo..

Sweeny Toddler is one of my favourtie characters drawn by Tom..love the later whoopee's and Whizzer and chips version best..Graham Exton has to be a big factor has well...the writer...

But great fun the early ones as well with the splodge blobby character eating different people I love ham and eggs But Sam's legs or something like that..and the mystery man with the beret in the background and other hidden details..

A fantastic strip! It could easily have worked as a weekly feature!
