Query about a Pink story

In a recent Jinty blog post there was mention of a story in Pink about a hero who could predict earthquakes, but we have no information about the title. Can anyone tell us the title and maybe even supply more information, such as its dates of publication, artist or scans, please? Thank you for any help.
