Tiny was split between Tom Bannister and John Sherwood. I have been given the impression that it was more or less 50/50, but because John was ghosting Tom and I haven't seen enough evidence, I can't actually say.

Jimmy Jinx's name needs correcting. It looks like Minnie minxed him.

Certainly does Digi! Or it could have made a possible cross-over strip in a comic library!

Now to the strips that managed runs into four figures.

15 Smiffy (B) (1109) Bill Ritchie
14 Nancy (T) (1111) Ernie Bushmiller
13 Young Sid the Copper's Kid (B) (1235) George Martin
12 Foxy (T) (1296) Charles Grigg/Evi de Bono *
11 Little Mo (B) (1426) Bob McGrath *
* ended in amalgamated Beezer and Topper

In fact if all of Horace's appearances in Dandy, Sparky and Topper were taken into account we would be talking 2200 strips.

Now, finally, to the Top Ten.

10 The Badd Lads (B) (1600) Mal Judge/John Dallas/Mervyn Johnston/John Geering
9 Send for Kelly/Kelly the Defective Detective (T) (1622) George Martin *
8 The Numskulls (B) (1641) Mal Judge/Tom Lavery/Jimmy Glen/Steve Bright *
7 Colonel Blink (B) (1662) Tom Bannister/George Martin ( If the spin-off strip Blinky was included from Beezer and Topper then the tally would rise to 1815 and this would
then qualify for fifth place)
6 Mickey the Monkey/Topper '53 (T) (1712) Dudley Watkins/Vic Neill/George Martin
* ended in amalgamated Beezer and Topper

5 Ginger (B) (1809) Dudley Watkins/Bob McGrath
4 Pop, Dick and Harry (B) (1907) Tom Bannister/Peter Moonie/Brian Walker *
3 Baby Crockett (B) (1929) Bill Ritchie *
* ended in amalgamated Beezer and Topper

And finally the only two strips that made it into every issue of their respective title and then every issue of the combined Beezer and Topper.

2 The Banana Bunch (B) (1962) Leo Baxendale/Bill Hill/Robert Nixon/Barrie Appleby/Tom Paterson
1 Beryl The Peril (T) (2116) Davey Law/Bob McGrath/John Dallas/Robert Nixon
