Jay R Hood Liked this strip........with his croc.....
Nutty had some fun crazy characters.....
Tweet William was a favourite because it was soo silly and wacky.
Nosher with his french stick sandwiches.....I loved the wacky drawing style
Starship lollypop I laughed as a kid with the zero gravity playing havoc with eating.lol

Steve I see you have drawn bananaman stories in Nutty in the later issues...so you are not new to this....as well as the writer....

How did Eric get his hair.......I missed that issue.... :D
or is it the old hair restorer bottle falling on his head lark!

I believe the change was made to reflect the Eric of the tv series, but whether it was explained or not I've no idea.

I remember that one well, or at least the start and the end.

Eric had his hair very long, and his mum sent him to the barber (who always gave him the shaved head we knew well). Eric couldn't be bothered, turned into Bananaman and so on, and somewhere along the way got his hair done in the style it is now - the last pic showed him running away from the demon barber he usually went to to avoid the scissors.

Bananaman was already the cover star by then.
