Yet again, not where he claimed to be from then. His profile location said Pakistan.[/quote]TBH Digi, anything is possible. He could come from Pakistan and have an IP 'mask' that says he is from BVI or he could be a Pakistan national living in the BVI. Or he could just be lying!

I know that, Digi, because you often post in the wee small hours. I was just trying to place the responsibility for defending us posters firmly where it belongs, with the red names. Of course I wouldn't expect Al to do the graveyard shift every night, just every three, or four if we include Grumpy, although I will confess to some uncertainty there because he is apparently only a blue name. If my suggestions are acceptable, you will instantly be relieved of any sense of responsibility for staying up most of the night, sword at the ready, to defend us black names.

And he is gone as well along with his IP of 91.207.5.130 from the Ukraine. I am still sticking with my Fiends of The Eastern Front theory!

There's another now in non-comics. Why can we not pick these scammers out before they post? Usually their stupid username is a giveaway.

We have changed the Registration process from User Activation to Admin Activation in an attempt to filter out Spammers with dodgy usernames and email addresses.

Of course, this won't deter the determined spammer who uses a passable username and respectable email address, but let's see how it goes.
