Was really upset find out that Terry died of a cancer. Loved him in his heyday.

It's good to remember that not ALL of the BBC's star presenters were monsters like Jimmy Savile. Most people who knew him appear to agree that Terry was just as nice in real life as he always seemed on the air!

RIP Tezza; I was never really a fan of his innocuous blarney to be honest but his act was most certainly clean.

He used to make the Eurovision Song contest even more hilarious with his seemingly drunken comments.

I am sure he was never drunk but I loved his attitude on the Eurovision Song Contest. On the other hand though I appreciate the fact that Children In Need is a good cause, he was too serious for me.

I also liked him on Blankety Blank and on the radio where he would waffle on about Dallas or the cones.

I am currently watching BBC's The One Show and it was a nice tribute show.
