Whoopee holiday specials

Although the publication of Whoopee as a separate title ceased in 1985, Whoopee holiday specials continued to appear for some years afterwards. According to the Specials Gallery they appeared at least until 1992. Does anyone know if any further issues were published in the later years?
The cover of the 1998 Whoopee holiday special in the Specials Gallery is identical to that of the 1988 edition, so presumably it was included by error and has to be removed. I find it hard to believe that the publication of Whoopee specials would have continued for that long; in any event, the cover price couldn’t have remained unchanged for a decade.
