Hi Matt,
For 1971, you have 48 issues on the main decades page, but only 46 are listed, plus the one which is un-highlighted in July, making 47.
December 30th 1979 is missing from your list
You have 2 hiatuses from 12th January to 16th February and 10th May to 14th June (all 1980), but those 4 issues were released, it was the 8 issues between those that were not printed.
There is some confusion (or at least, for me) in the dates of 1998, you have issues dated april in may, may in june, etc, resulting in 26 issues, rather than 27.
Despite all this, i'm not sure if i'm correct, or you, or either of us.
Anyone else able to confirm an of these dates?

i have 12/1/80 &16/2/80 along with 10/5/80 & 14/6/80 so the missing issues are 19/1,26/1,2/2,9/2,17/5,24/5,31/5,7/6 all 1980 i have the one remaining issue i need on the way from 1980 so there are 44 for that year matt just has 48 on front page but 44 in the actual year listed.
1998 i have 27 as well but last one is also 1st one for 1999.

Sorry, you're right there, 29th Dec 1979. Not sure how i could've got it wrong really, Excel should have predicted it, as i'd set it to work out every date as being 7 days after the previous one, (allowing for missing issues).

Going through the Busters I won last week I came across this contribution in the issue dated 17/8/85.
Re: how many Buster issues?
That's a blast from the past Steve! I remember I won a Buster baseball cap and T shirt for my efforts. In the mid 1960's Buster was certainly my favourite comic but perhaps by 1985 I was perhaps fibbing a little to say that it had remained so. Thirty three years ago, it's amazing how time flies.stevezodiac wrote:Going through the Busters I won last week I came across this contribution in the issue dated 17/8/85.
