>Hey Peter,

good to talk to you this morning :) hadn't thought to ask you about this but thinking about it you may well be in the perfect position to help me take this onto another level so I should have thought about it much sooner.

Basically: for the book draw we're doing mini books again and asking famousish people to help out in a small way. I've been sending this template around

http://i207.photobucket.com/albums/bb27 ... -004-2.jpg

and asking if people could fill it in for kids to then add it to their pictures to get a real team effort going on. Could you do me a favour and ask around some of the classic cartoonists you're in contact with?

Also, depending on whether there's any interest but it'd be lovely if any of them could join us on the day. There's no money sadly (I'm doing the whole thing for free and, so far, the materials budget only stands at £200 which ain't much. We're having to be VERY creative in how we do it this year) but if anyone wanted to come along and be the celebrity artist for an hour or so that would be excellent. I suspect the doodles are more achieveable but you never know, someone might be local and bored on a saturday :)

It's on Oct 17th between 10 and 4pm if anyone asks.

Cheers

Paul.
