still need to read it all...

Great one Lew...the camel refers to Christmas so it got the theme in...didn't quite get a credit in the content page... :o :) you must be a ghost artist...whooooo! :)

also liked seeing Ken's game for Fred...liked that drawing version as well...
Also a new Hoot squad on the back cover..... 8)

Thanks Peter. I only put my initials on the strip (last panel) but wish I'd used my full signature now. Never mind. I'm just chuffed to be in The Beano! And the Christmas issue too! PLUS Biffo the Bear's amongst the crowd on Ken's fantastic back cover! :D

The script (by a DC Thomson staff writer) wasn't originally Christmassy, but it was tinkered with slightly when it was decided to be put into this issue. You're right about the Camel & Christmas connection. I hadn't thought of that.

A nice Christmas logo by Dave Parkin on it too, and DC Thomson did a great job on the colouring. (I left the colouring to them for consistency with previous Freds.)
