Campaign for Jamie - Dennis in The Beano

Right the campaign starts now to get Jamie Smart's Dennis in the pages of Te Beano...Come on Beano ed lets have a few pages of 60 minute Dennis drawn by Jamie, I'm sure he can fit some extra hours in...lol

I cant see it. And he has never "crossed the steps" which is a term i've invented for going into the beano office, by the way.

Yeah, sorry, but the only way Jamie Smart has appeared in the Beano, is by his strips being used to advertise The Dandy. Both comics use different artists to give them different graphical styles. Since Jamie designed the Dandy's main graphics (both post-revamp logos, the blue blobs and the piggies), I can't see him doing anything for The Beano anytime soon.

True, as I imagine Desperate Dan would be one of the surviving strips. But let's hope it doesn't come to that.
