Not sure what the local TV / Radio news has been like in England / Wales etc but in Scotland the 50th Birthday of the Kids has had a good press - its been BBC Scotland, Scottish TV and local radio a fair amount - wasn't aware the kids were based on the Children from Dundee Grammer straight across from the original DC Thomsons office - Leo Bax is a genius ( the greatest living Englishman - from a Scot thats hi praise LOL)agree with you Peter in that I would love to see a Bash Street special (with mostly Bax work?) but as the Beano editor has already said these things don't sell too well - can you believe that???
