"Bash St" cold snap in Beano Annual

Which was the Beano Annual that had the strip about the heating at Bash Street School failing in the middle of winter? Circa 1970-72 perhaps. I remember a panel with the desperate kids crowding around a character eating a bag of hot peppermints.
