Twelve Dandys of Christmas

There's no festive cover for this year's Dandy Xtreme so here's a selection of Christmas covers from past issues:

....and the question for the Dandy editor is ... Why Not?

Is this another result of the 'focus group' survey that "the kids don't want Christmas issues of their comics ....errr trendy magazines".

Once again, I can only quote my 8-year-old.... "When will I get MY Christmas issue of Dandy, my brother has got his Christmas Beano"...

I could only console him with the news that the Christmas DFC will be coming through the letterbox very soon...

It's only my theory, but it 'feels' to me that they are, unfortunately, slowly giving up on The Dandy...

Whenever they have an online poll of "what would you like to see more of in The Dandy?" the overwhelming response is always "more comic strips" but, this never appears to be actioned. Just seems strange to me...

It's only the cover of the Dandy that's not Christmassy (for whatever reason). The strips have a festive theme.
