Re: DC THOMSON REBOOTED
I don't have an ipad so won't be able to read these 5 pagers. A shame really as Smasher and Supercats look interesting.
Why weren't they allowed to be printed in SFX instead?

Has there been a convention soley for The Beano & others?
Hi guys, I had a quick look on the search to see if my topic has been mentioned already and couldn't see anything. Has there ever been a convention soley dedicated to British comics? i.e The Beano and past publications like The Dandy, Whizzer and Chips, Beezer, Topper, Buster, Nutty, Sparky, Knockou...

Re: Beano Sales
I'm not sure how the Beano is selling in Leicester. One shop didn't have any at all, Co-Op had one copy delivered in and that was sold when I went to look for it.
Tesco had The Beano on the top shelf away from all the other kids comics. And there was only 2 copies of last weeks Beano in asda.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes.
I'm not a fan of Billy's new look and Mal Judge's version was the first one I saw for Billy.

Hey guys, I've been reading some of the posts on here over the last week and finally joined today. I've got back into the Beano over the last two weeks. Sadly all the annuals and comic library issues I had were thrown away by my parents. So I'll be rebuilding my collection from scratch. :/ I also us...
