No offense to Malcolm but the reprint is on completely different paper. No one can ever be 100% sure without seeing it 'in hand', but if this is the copy that was bound up with the Dandy #4 and the others from that period, then I'm pretty certain its original. The photos of it look like an original...

The paper used certainly looks the same to orginals he has sold so I feel Alot more happy!

The Dandy #4 that the gentleman also had bound with it was bought by Phil Shrimpton who by amazing coincidence is actually selling that very same copy on eBay right now. Thank you all for your help, I have taken some new photos in daylight to give a clearer few. In all it is in good condition with only two visible tears to the back cover, one corner missing to the inside page and tears to the corners of each page where it has been handled.
