No different logos like the past..

I miss Beano annuals and The Dandy having fun layouts...none in the new ones..it just looks like the comic and not different..
the inside two pages and last two pages are the only fun poster type..

Got mine today.. the ending gives you no idea of what will be in the revamp.. the cover is the same type has when the Dandy started to loose a letter at a time before its revamp...this time Walter has painted over the letters.. The new logo might be the one on the Beano annual...its different to the...

no Beano yet...Commandos arrived today..

My Beano sub seems to arrive opn Monday now..so don't know anything yet..
Steve Bright and Lew Stringer are not in the revamp sadly.

If he has retired hope The Beano will celebrate his work in some way...
His Bash Street kids were still great and prefer it to David Parkin who is doing a good job..But you can't beat Sutherland..

Saw the Dandy...Oor wullie the Broons collection...Rupert and Beano and Dandy collection in WHSmiths.. Bought the book Beano and Dandy.. It has some nice stuff.. no wording...no dates..suggestion of slipper But no slippering.. of course 70's annuals reprinted.. mostly strips with one colour..so not ...

Anyone looked in the Beano and Dandy collector book...lots of gems hopefully...didn't see it in Waterstones...WHSmiths..looking today..

more humour...But starting to like Valiant type adventures..But not so easy to collect has the stories continue..
