I met Ian Chisholm and an editor by the name of Paterson in thei Fleet Street office in the early 70s but don't know which titles they edited. We have a Sparky expert on this site so let's hope he sees your request.

I don't know why but ebay has made it impossible to message a seller. Even when I was selling I couldn't send a message to bidders.

Mike Higgs bought some copies of Illustrated Chips from me and I had his email too. It was great to chat with the creator of the Cloak.

I used to buy comics from Phil at the London comic fairs and was still in contact via email until a year or so back. I'll try to get in touch and ask if he'll share his email address with you. I've also been in contact with artist Mike Higgs who was a friend of Phil's.

Issue 1333 dated 10 June 1967 according to Ray Moore's Dandy Monster Index vol. 2. I don't have my copy to hand but found an online version.

Re Pet Sounds, I have the cd but don't think actually listened to it. Where would you place Forever Changes by Love? Better than Pet Sounds? I think it's probably the most perfect lp ever.

On the subject of musical genius I'd include Jeff Lynne of ELO. He still makes ELO albums but nowadays they are solo projects with Jeff playing every instrument. I got into the Move/ELO in the early 70s. Also agree about the Velvet Underground.

I have hundreds of Busters from the 60s and 70s. Buried in my storage unit but happy to pass them on for a very reasonable price. I'll try to unearth them soon. (Most are near mint as bought when published and looked after).
