I LOVE the Top Secret Libraries. I have built up a good run over the years, The holiday special are especially good value!
No reprints as far as I know, European artist were the norm at IPC in the seventies.

Re: Cataloguing Comics
I don't catalogue, as I generally have a great memory for a cover. So If I see a cover that I don't recognise, I'll be pretty sure I don't have it. This has lead to a problem recently with 2000ad, I didn't pick up the most recent issues because I had seen the cover online, and when I went to the new...

I hope no one minds me mentioning this- Its a collection that I have published from the new Eagle. The House of Daemon is now available to buy from Hibernia's comics shop here - http://www.comicsy.co.uk/hibernia/ Elliot Aldrich had built a dream house - but that dream turned into a nightmare! Tops/ TV Tops.
I recently got a good few of this title with other comics that I had bought.
I had never heard of it before, just curious if there is anyone here with knowledge of it, there is very little about it on-line and none on ebay either. I take it that its a Look In bandwagoner.
Thanks!

Re: Starlord: 2000AD's Savior or Not?
Kelvin Gosnell would have known by at least issue 16 that Starlord was for the chop. Sales would not have been what was invested/projected, and there was very little 'stock' stories, bar the VC's which did appear in 2000AD. 2000AD on the other hand, may have had less sales, but they may have been mo...

Re: Your Favourite No.1s
As a kid/teen its Scream or Crisis, great opening issues, but the best number one I have read is Starlord number one, one that got away, and did. IMO. ensure the survival of 2000ad.

Re: Damaged Annuals
I rarely buy annuals on-line because of the postage costs. So most of my annuals are bought locally, at charity events of second hand shops. Missing spines don't bother me too much, I prefer if they had them, but its the content I want. Filled in 'this book belongs' no problem with that either, miss...
