Help identifying Jack & Jill Holiday Special

I have some colour separation films for a Jack & Jill Holiday Special which isn't in the gallery: http://www.comicsuk.co.uk/specials.php?ComicTitleID=89

It's a far more modern issue, with a price of 55p on the cover. I'd post scans but would need to do them all and composite them in photoshop.

Anyone able to give a year by the price?

I have three from the late seventies, the latest being 1979 priced at 35p, there was five pence difference from year to year, if that continued on that makes your special a 1983?
