Re: Selling my Comic Collection
You've got more chance of selling these if you give some indication of what's included. As it stands, all the pictures tell us is that these seem to be mostly newer comics and include at least one issue of Sweet Tooth.

Nah, it's someone who's selling off his comics in one big go (so no personal attachment to any of them there), found a forum with "Comic" in the title, and joined up to post an eBay link and nothing else.

Re: Selling my Comic Collection
They went for £122, bit of a crap shoot. I think people just enjoy the thrill (or huge disappointment) of getting the stuff.
Re: Selling my Comic Collection
People actually placed bids on this?!?!?
Re: Selling my Comic Collection
Yes! There were two bidders. The starting bid was set at £50 by the seller. The first person bid £120 on September 20th. The winning bidder came in on the final day with bids progressively of £102, £110, and £120 before putting in a final unknown bid that won him the lot for £122, as japandroid said earlier.Nagorama wrote:People actually placed bids on this?!?!?

I'm not sure how it works but if you ask a question on an auction it doesn't always show at the bottom of the listing for others to see. Could be a hidden question was asked and there were a few gems in there.
