I like the ridiculous prices asked for rare Lego minifigs, because that means Lego's tasteful "Danish-Modern" era sets with the lovely packaging are fairly cheap to buy.

If it is the original comic, then it will go for a fairly high price, but if it's the second series, then, yeah, it might be a bit pricey.

It'll go for quite a bit more than £295 I reckon: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/THE-MAGIC-COM ... 1a058f9def

Could be the only British comic I don't have an example of in my collection.

Of course I'm talking about established titles that had a nominal run as opposed to titles that only lasted for one issue or so of which there are hundreds.

That's the first copy of `Magic` I have seen on E.Bay- no wonder the price is that high!

The chap thats selling the Magic no4 buys his stuff on Compalcomics and sells on ebay. He paid £399 for it earlier this year. If you look at his completed items you can trace them on Compal and see how much he made or lost. He's made a bit selling Oor Wullie recently.

Hawkeye, that is a really sharp observation. I've not made that connection.

Someone is selling Beano 1000 but my mate Steve says it has only 12 pages whereas the Beano had 16 pages then. He has informed the seller.
