The Great British Comic Collection

Post by Adam Eterno »

As I mentioned back in October, Colin Noble's wife decided that she would like me to sell Colin's entire collection on her behalf.
I set up a dedicated Facebook group called The Great British Comic Collection and have been hard at it since. So far it's been a resounding success with the group already having over 800 members and thousands of comics, books, artwork, gifts etc have already found new homes and £000s have gone to his wife. I still have 90% to go though!

The group has now taken on another string as next week, all auctions will be for charity as John Wagner contacted me and asked if I could use the group to sell a chunk of his collection as his wife wanted the room! They all go live on Sunday the 9th and finish on the 15th with an array of JW goodies from 2000AD comics and Megazines to Graphic Novels including the brilliant Rok of the Reds and Rok the God. The biggest ticket item will be the Judge Dredd Role playing game along with correspondence from the manufacturer to John regarding future participation from him. All proceeds will be going to Cancer Research, Macmillan and SSAFA.

All these items can be found at https://www.facebook.com/groups/414468220069644 from Sunday
