Has anyone any information on a proposed magazine for cartoonists called Are You Twisted? It?s being set up by a guy called David Emerson. It was featured on Down the Tubes, so I sent them some stuff which they liked. But I haven?t heard anything since. I hope it?s not another of those projects destined for the Big Black Hole That Lives In The Internet. In the past I?ve had offers of work from people who said they were setting up magazines and animation studios and then they just fizzle out. Were they genuine? Or were they just timewasters?
