Don't suppose anyone can help with this vague request?
I'm looking for a specific issue of 2000AD - as in, the issue I was bought as a youngster, before I'd even had my first Beano or Dandy. It was bought for me purely because of my love of monsters, so we may be looking at 1990-1992 here.
I only remember a few panels from it - a green-skinned woman is standing around with a bunch of other monsters, and they're discussing something or other. Someone/thing throws a spear through the woman's stomach, but this doesn't phase her - she just carries on talking.
That really is all I can remember... If anyone can help me out here I'd be VERY grateful!
Looking for one specific issue...

the only female in green I can think of from top of my head is Tyranny Rex. Did she have a tail?

Yeah Tyranny Rex had a tail and was green - perhaps this 2000ad cover gallery will help jog your memory - Tyranny Rex pic on issue 875 (though appeared before that)

Nah, definitely wasn't Tyranny Rex (thanks for the suggestion though!). This one was more of an elf-ish looking type - pointy ears, long hair, red dress (?), MAYBE yellow eyes... The skin was a lot darker green than that as well.

Sounds like it could have been from a Slaine story. Your description sounds vaguely familiar.
