Identify the artist?

Steve Holland's looking for someone who can identify the artist of "N. E. Spooks" from the Boys' World annuals for 1968 and 69. Three examples at the link. Anybody recognise them?

It's the same artist who drew The Spooks of St. Lukes for Thunder, who, according to Steve's own Lion Index, is Joseph Lee. (He also filled in on quite a few Frankie Stein strips in Wham!)
