Hi,
I found this puzzling description and the scan on Ebay:
"ephemera 1950s article sacred animals past and present basil reynolds" and "this item has been taken from either an old newspaper book or magazine".
Although I asked the seller repeatedly for more information and additional scans (the illustration), he never answered my questions.
Perhaps a member of the Forum can help me find where this article was published? It looks to me like an Eagle or Swift Annual from the 1950's/early 1960's. But I could be wrong...
Any clue is appreciated.
Kind regards from The Netherlands,
John
