Help identifying cartoonist from Whoopee!

I'm indexing 1977 Whoopee! Annual for the GCD and cama upon a page with six cartoons signed by "Artie". I think the artist is maybe Artie Jackson but I can't find a proof for it.

Yes it is Artie Jackson. I remember he used to draw for the TV Times and I'm pretty sure he was name-checked in News From the Floor of 64 as he drew gag cartoons in the Power comics. I've indexed him myself on GCD probably for some Wham! strips.
