Yet more sketches of groups of people by the amazingly prolific Eric Parker. I particularly like the 'market day' sketch with the farmers and the pigs.

I've added a new author to my list of those who have written comics reference books...Tony Summerfield. He seems to have specialised in the work of Enid Blyton (comics/magazines). As ever, do let me know if you have any additions to my listing.

Any Zip comic collectors out there? It turns up infrequently (and issues can be pricey) so I shan't be collecting it so instead I've started a covers gallery for it...

More paperwork relating to the Dan Dare CGI series that aired on channel 5 in the early 2000's has recently come to light so I've added it to my post about the show. Thanks to John Freeman for spotting this.

Just to prove (to myself) that there's always something new to discover...here's an edition of a Dan Dare comic, produced 17 years ago, that I was unaware of until very recently. Art by Dave Gibbons. Anyone got a spare copy?

'Ralf Kanka's Buzzi bear' is (I think) more of a magazine than a comic, the character is (was?) a big hit in Europe but less so here. Did this last more then 2 issues? Further images very welcome!
