Comic Highlights: Watchmen

Post by comiccreatorsuk »

Our latest blog post is connected with the upcoming exhibition that will open on April 20th on the Great British Graphic Novel. These posts are meant to be informative even for people that have never heard about the particular comics. The first one of the series is on Watchmen. As you all know on September of this year will be 30 years old!!!!! Anyway, as always, constructive criticism is always welcome!

Just been reading that article. Fascinating overview of one of the most iconic graphic novels of the last 40 years.
I started to say something sensible but my parents took over my brain!

Thanks! There are still a lot of stuff to say about it, but we chose to go with a quick overview! I hope that I have done it justice anyway!

Seems like yesterday I heard Alan Moore describing Rorschach's terrifying 'finger breaking' sequence at a London Con while we were waiting for the series to go on sale. You could've heard a pin drop!
