Does anyone know when Bobby Dazzler first appeared as the cover strip for Judy?

Not sure about cover appearances but according to Denis Gifford's Encyclopedia of Comic Characters (admittedly not 100% reliable) Westbury Boarding School for Boys' only female pupil made her debut in 1965 with art by Giorgio Letteri.
