As far as the serials that Tammyfan has not covered are concerned, mellycat, I can add the following information. Beryl's Birds ended in 1250 not 1248, and Birds Of A Feather ended in 1265 not 1264. I don't know how either of them ended as the task I set myself last week in the British Library was only to list the issue numbers and dates of the serials in the issues of Mandy that I don't have in my collection, and I only completed that at 7.45 pm, just 15 minutes before the library closed. On the other hand, I do have 1229 so I will scan the last instalment of The Girl They Love To Hate!.

Bunty had a similar story called "Pat the Brat". A nice tennis star pretends to be nasty so as to win at all costs to save her father. He put his hand in the till and she is trying to repay the money before the books are audited.
