Thank you, Comixminx, and thanks also for sending the email address. I'll send you the draft and list as soon as I can.

Thanks also, Colcool. Can you remember anything more about the picture libraries that he did? I've only been able to find the two Judys included in the list.

I don't know if any of you already knew this, but I have just found that John Richardson died recently. Here's a link to a Facebook message from his son.

A brilliant, original and very underrated artist. Rest in peace, and thank you.

Here's an updated list, including an entry for his work as filler artist on Sandie's "Jeannie and her Uncle Meanie".

A further small amendment, to the list of Tammy Strange Stories. The story shown speculatively as "The Pharoh's Daughter's Stand-In" was "The Stand-In", published in the issue of 12 July 1980. I'll amend the entry in a future list.

I've edited the last version of the list above to add a couple of items, including a short serial from Mandy.

Thanks for posting the link. I enjoyed his letter to SSI News. I was also interested in the post about "Chill", as this is by some way the most recent piece of his art that I've seen. Sad that an artist of his talent and originality should be spending what seems to have been the tail-end of his career drawing ice cream ads.

Poor bloke, reduced to drawing ice-cream ads. I guess it's because of the sad days British comics have fallen upon. No titles for John Ricardson artwork.
