Well, I suppose they did say it would be 5-12 days for the replacement 26... and if you took out a new subscription earlier this week, I'm guessing the first one of your new batch will be 29 or 30, rather than this week's (because although your subscription is a renewal, a few weeks did elapse between this new one starting and the old one finishing - maybe?) Although it would be nice if you'd had a message confirming that...
I would have thought that a renewal subscription would continue from the issue after my last sub. It seems pointless giving subscribers a choice between "new subscription" and "renewal" otherwise. As they do back issues I assume they overprint, so I can't see what the delay is. Perhaps I'll receive several issues in one go next week.

The opposite I'm afraid. Wallace & Gromit Comic and Kraze Club have both vanished. W&G has definitely folded, as BeanoMAX now claims to be the only comic starring them.

Maybe if Tesco (and other shops) had stocked DFC, it wouldn't have ended up closing.

Indeed - I very much doubt that Titan would have tolerated DCT getting the rights to print new W&G strips if their magazine was still running.
