What strips did you enjoy mostly..

When reading Bananaman going to centre pages from cover I used to carry on reading then relise I missed the first bit of the comic..

I like the bald Eric Wimp era of Nutty..
Starship Lollypop is much better than Nip and Ripp..

I think Bananaman just about sums up Nutty... there was nothing else, really. Apart from the aforesaid strip, did anything else transcend to Beano from Nutty? Personally, I believe IPC's Krazy was way more ahead of Nutty and far more engaging.

You mean Dandy, right? Bananaman only joined the Beano three years ago (Feb 2012 I think - though he remained in the Dandy as well until it's demise at the end of the year). And he wasn't the only survivor from Nutty. Cuddles, the Hoot cover star who teamed up with Dimples after that title merged into the Dandy a year after Nutty did, also has his origins there.
