I picked up a 1940 Weekly News at the ephemera fair on Sunday and it had this small ad. Can anyone provide more information? What was the format and what were the contents?
In the same issue was this cartoon which may be of interest. I know the Beano and Dandy did wartime propaganda strips but as this is signed I would presume it's unique to the Weekly News
