I imagine that's because they will already have recorded the episodes up to Bradley's departure. Who dunnit? My money is on that self-centred, mouthy, aggressive, manipulative cow Janine. What more does she have to lose? For a saver I would back Sam. :D
I think Janine would be far too obvious. How many boyfriends/husbands can she realistically murder?

It's fiction though, Tony. Realism needn't get involved.

Huh! Haven't you Muppets realised yet that it was obviously Peggy's number one son Grant ("Hullo Mum!") Mitchell?

(...And I don't even watch it! )

I think Grant's in New Zealand or somewhere. Or Manchester. Probably Manchester.

 NIce joke Ray! For those who don't know who he is and thus don't get it, Reg Cox was himself murdered just before the first episode, which featured his body being found. Not that I've seen the episode in question, since I was only one year old at the time...
You've just made me feel very old. :(

It was eventually confirmed, years later, that Reg was murdered by Nick Cotton in a bungled burglary. Nick stole the old man's medals.
I've been saying this at work all week.....Nick said he'd murdered Reg but really he's been alive all along waiting to get his revenge on someone!

I work in TV, I know these things!!!

List of suspects in today's Sun, one suggestion was a bit unusual. Ben. Phil's son. They didn't put the sweepstake on the website, so I'll type out the list, with bookie's odds:

Peggy: 10/1
Phil: 33/1
Joel (Danielle's dad): 3/1
Grant: 12/1
Ronnie: 20/1
Sam: 20/1
Roxy: 16/1
Jack: 9/1
Bradley: 14/1
Stacey: 14/1
Ian: 40/1
Jean: 7/1
Ben: 2/1 (that's 2nd favourite! )
Ryan (the guy in steelclaw's pic): 9/1
Shirley: 8/1
Sean: 6/4 favourite
Tracey: 12/1
Janine: 33/1
Lucas: 20/1

:!: On a related note, the live episode is being hurriedly rewritten to eliminate Stacey - actress Lacey Turner got the flu.

Mid-range on the bookie's odds. I think they'll be happy.

No wonder the BBC were in such a panic over Lacey's flu - unless that story was made up to put viewers off the scent!

Very well done, I thought-aside from one moment when the bloke playing Jack appeared to stumble over his lines, it could have been pre-recorded. Watching the accompanying documentary on BBC3 afterward, I was amazed to hear that the actors themselves didn't know which of them was the murderer until the day (indeed, most of them seem to have found out at the same time we did).

It was also very nice to see those faces from the shows past again on Ian's home video. Strange to see David Scarboro again as Mark.

Yeah that was the only big stumble with Jack, I thought Ian did really well and Dot was Ok on the whole it was pretty good, the scenes changed so quick that it must have been hard to have made a mistake.

That old Mark was the one who committed suicide over Beachy Head.

Sherlock Holmes came back to life after Conan Doyle killed him off. Let's hear it for fiction! :D
