uploading problem

Post by dreamticket »

Hi folks, first I just accidently hit the "I've forgotten my password" button, so please ignore that - if it's not automated.

I've just tried uploading two pages of art, but received the following message - Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.

What do I do now? Try again? Wait? Any suggestions?

Cheers. Gordon.

Hi Gordon,

I have just doubled the Attachment Quota, so you should be able to upload now.

File size limit for each image is 300Kb.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

If you still get any upload problems, please add to this post.

Many thanks,

Al

Isn't the Suggestions forum usually used for help and support?

Oh bugger! I need to downsize my images rather rapidly then!

Yes......... Glad it's now sorted. I felt sure the problem wasn't my end, when I had such difficulty loading pages for that Judy Comic thread.
I'm still getting problems in negotiating your site though. I keep getting a note telling me there's a "fast CGI" problem. I just got it now and it tells me this is problem number two billion and something.

Just got exactly the same error message myself, but it is bizarre that not all the forums are currently affected, so bear with us folks while normal service will be resumed.

What's the filesize of the image you want to upload? You could try resizing it, as a smaller image will have a smaller filesize.
