Re: Submitting comics to the gallery
This afternoon I found six War Picture Library Annuals 1976-1981 which I am about to submit to the gallery. Here's hoping.
Re: Submitting comics to the gallery
Thanks Steve. These six annuals have now been added to the Annuals section.

Re: Submitting comics to the gallery
Thanks for putting them on so quickly. I'd forgotten they existed until I came across them yesterday. I'm wondering if they are the complete run of WPL annuals. They are now on ebay as I have no room for annuals.

Re: Submitting comics to the gallery
I have tried to submit images to the gallery recently and again today but keep getting this message:

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Re: Submitting comics to the gallery
Thanks for the heads-up Steve, I was unaware of this error.
I'm involved with something else at this precise moment, but I'll look into it immediately after I've finished that.
Hopefully, tonight or tomorrow.

Re: Submitting comics to the gallery
Steve, it should be working now. Will you try it again please.

Re: Submitting comics to the gallery
All I have just submitted The Disney Weekly preview issue to the loading bay. I sent it three times. The first two were uncropped so please ignore those. Another drawback of having to work with a tablet.
Re: Submitting comics to the gallery
For some reason the cover of Beano #1 has been deleted from the gallery.

Re: Submitting comics to the gallery
I mentioned it on the Beano forum and wondered if it was due to the presence of Peanut on the masthead but a later issue with Peanut is still there.
Re: Submitting comics to the gallery
Beano #1 has been re-added to the gallery.
I've no idea why it disappeared, but it certainly wouldn't be because of Peanut on the masthead
Cheers,
Al

Re: Submitting comics to the gallery
Now that tinypic has shut up shop can anyone suggest a similar image website? All the ones I've looked at require registration.
Re: Submitting comics to the gallery
I've started using imgur. It's a bit messier to handle than tinypic but it seems to work OK and doesn't require registration.
Re: Submitting comics to the gallery
Al, I have uploaded the cover for the Topper Summer Special for 1988, so that can be now updated.
Re: Submitting comics to the gallery
Al, some weeks ago I uploaded to the gallery images of the covers of the Bunty Holiday Specials for 2000 and 2001. They haven’t yet appeared in the gallery and I’m wondering if they got through to you. This would have been around the second week in November. Did they reach you? If not, I could have another go at sending them.
Re: Submitting comics to the gallery
Thank you Blaing and Goof for your uploads, and apologies that they were not uploaded to the website sooner.
Being 'Out of Office' for the past week didn't help me to add these to the Specials section in the past week, but the main problem was that I found them in my Spam folder along with a load of other Comics UK related 'stuff'.
Anyway, they're up now and thanks again.
