Registering

Post by Uncle Joshua »

Hey guys,

Could registering for the site be made more simple? The password thing is an utter farce. It is such a pain to remember passwords anyway but, every second letter a cap, include three numbers and the woman next-door bra size. How so we remember such things when trying to log in?

Well look on the bright side, you would always have an excuse to go round to ask your neighbour if you could check her bra size.

Uncle Joshua, it's an anti-spambot counter measure and has worked fine since the forum's inception back in 2006. Also, you don't actually have to remember that combination of 'anti-spambot' characters after it has been successfully entered.

As for remembering your actual password - if you tick the box adjacent to the 'Login' button, you will not have to worry about remembering your password in future (mouseover the tick box to display the words 'Log me on automatically each visit').
