Sadly that is true, I asked Hunt Emerson on Facebook a while back and Ratz have indeed been dropped. Well, good luck to the newer talent. But I took out a sub in 2002, plus subsequently bought annuals / specials / BeanoMAX, because Hunt was producing work for the Beano and its related titles. I only really liked his artwork in Ratz. Everywhere else, especially Fred's Bed, it looked odd.
Reading comics comes naturally to me.
