Beano summer special number 1 out now WHSmiths

Finally got one - went all over Manchester last week and no-where had it, but this week I went to Liverpool Lime Street and they had loads of them. Great!

I'm not going to moan about inconsistencies or laziness - I'm just happy that this "almost" seems like a replacement for Classics From The Comics

Still haven't found a copy anywhere. Digi - where'd you get yours? Was it local?

WHSmith, Prospect Centre, in the comics section. They have it in the Whitefriargate branch too. Might be behind copies of #2 though.

Then I must be getting old - I looked there on Friday and found nowt. Although, I did notice a few copies of no. 2, so I'll take a look behind them on Monday. Cheers, Digi.

In My local WHS issue 3 was also behind the copies of issue 2.
