NEW HOT SHOT HAMISH STRIP?

I Probably should post this later once I buy this on Sundays (8 Jan) "Sunday Mail" (the Scottish one not the "Mail on Sunday") to check, but they are starting a new colour comic/section inside with (from the ad I read in the "Metro" newspaper) "Spider-Man" and "Hot Shot Hamish" (and some others) - anyone interested can have a look (the Sunday Mail is on sale in most UK large cities not just in Scotland)intrigued to see if this is a reprint on the Hot Shot strips or new stuff.

It'll be reprint. These supplements are full of syndicated material. It can be a great opportunity to see some oldies and newies you might not have seen before. I'm really pleased this Scottish paper has started a kid's section....they ALL should have one!

Today's new look Observer has a brand new 'You Are The Ref' strip in their sports section, in the same format as it appeared in the 70's (can't remember which football comic it was in).

As Hamish in its orginal format was at least two pages long, I presume they've edited the panels to reformat it as a single pager? (Haven't seen it myself as the Sunday Mail doesn't reach this far South).

I think "You are the ref" started in Scorcher, and was then in Tiger & Scorcher.

'You are the Ref' was in Shoot from 1969 until at least 1989.
